What Your Status Means

  1. Processing We check, clean and gift-box your piece, usually in 1–2 business days. Custom pieces follow your quote timeline.
  2. Shipped Your insured package is with the carrier. The tracking link is in your shipping email.
  3. Out for Delivery Arriving today. Orders of $500 or more need an adult signature.
  4. Delivered Enjoy it! Not the right fit? Exchanges are free within 30 days.
