Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate account, contact and payment information and to keep your login details private. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we ship it or confirm it by email.

We work hard to show accurate prices, stone details and photos, but natural and lab-grown stones vary slightly and screens display color differently. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.

We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Options page. For your protection, high-value orders may be verified before shipping, which can include confirming your billing address or identity. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded.

Custom pieces, engraved items and resized jewelry are made specifically for you. A non-refundable deposit may be required before production starts, and these pieces cannot be returned except for a manufacturing defect. Design approval, timelines and deposit terms are confirmed in writing for each custom project.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns and exchanges by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, and after-sale service by our Lifetime Care & Warranty. Those policies form part of these terms.

All designs, photos, text and graphics on this site belong to Website-16 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
