Before You Come
- Let us know in your booking which pieces or styles you want to see, we will have them ready.
- Picking up an order or a repair? Bring a photo ID that matches the name on the order.
- Running late or need to reschedule? Just reply to your confirmation email or call us.
- Visits usually take 30–45 minutes; custom design sessions can take up to an hour.
